About The Soulfuls

The Soulfuls, founded by Aram Ostadian-Binai in 2018, is an award-winning Copenhagen-based NGO with a mission to shape a free, fair, and inclusive future where everyone’s voices can be heard. We proudly celebrate cultural diversity and are committed to empowering the next generation of women from all backgrounds to reach their career goals. Our aim is to create equitable job opportunities, amplify unheard voices, and foster systemic change through community, culture, and collaboration.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a natural organiser who loves getting things done. You care about people, details, and impact. You’re ready to learn what it takes to keep a fast-moving, purpose-driven NGO running smoothly — from behind-the-scenes logistics to on-site magic.

Your Role: What You’ll Do

Project Coordination

• Support our program manager with planning, timelines, and task tracking.

• Follow up with partners, speakers, or mentors as needed to keep momentum.

• Maintain overviews and update internal documents with clarity and care.

Meetings & Communication

• Join key team or partner meetings; take notes and support follow-up.

• Help prepare presentations, briefings, and agendas.

Event & Community Engagement

• Assist in planning and executing events (like Dreamers & Doers Summit).

• Support registration, logistics, and participant communication.

• Be hands-on on event days—from set-up to wrap-up.

Ad Hoc Tasks

• Jump in where needed with flexibility and a can-do attitude.

• Support the team across multiple areas — no two days are the same!

You Bring

• A love of structure, planning, and people-centered work.

• Fluency in written and spoken Danish and English.

• Positive energy and a willingness to take initiative.

What We Offer

  • A front-row seat to a purpose-driven NGO rooted in creativity, culture, and change

  • A supportive and mission-aligned team

  • A chance to shape meaningful, visible impact through your role
